• Ensure that all doors and windows are locked to guard against break-ins.
• Maintain exterior of single-family homes.
• Monitor condition of pool & landscaping. 
• Water plants if instructed.

• Check entire property for signs of water leaks or structural damage.
• Assess for visual signs of mold and mildew.
• Visual inspection for insects/rodents. 

• Verify A/C and hot water heater are working properly and assess for leaks.
• Replace A/C filter, as necessary. 
• Run faucets and flush toilets if water valve remained on; inspect for any leaks.
• Check bulbs and electric panel of power. 

• IMMEDIATE reporting to Client of any abnormalities found.
• Provide Client with email updates, including summary of inspection with photos. 

• Meet with Vendor for repairs, as necessary.

• Remove door hangers/fliers.
• Put contents of mailbox inside property. 
• Start & run car(s). 

We are available to respond to alarm, police activity or any actions that require immediate attention.

We are happy to assist with services that are beyond the standard inspection or for minor repairs needed at an off-property location.

We are available to meet contractors and be present on your behalf for any home improvement or repair needs. Our services include meeting your contractor at your property, overseeing the work, and locking up your home upon completion.
